He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Avenson and Wilma Georgetta Avenson (Morey); his brother Donald D. Avenson; and his sister-in-law Diane Avenson. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Vanselow (Steven) of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin and James Avenson (Ronda) of Westgate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
