We announce the death of Sheri Morris of Oelwein, Iowa, who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 74. Sheri will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Ricchio and Arlene Ricchio (Blurton); her siblings, Tom, Mike Ricchio, Alice Benter and Cindy Stowe; and her great grandchild Maddie Jo Postel.

She is survived by: her husband Dave Morris of Oelwein; her children, Janet Strand (Keith) of Oelwein, Janice Tiedt (Vern) of Dunkerton, Jenny Miell (Jeff) of Marion and Jeremy Van Note of Manchester; her siblings, Mary Bruns (Terry) of Early, Andy Ricchio (Rose) of Cody, Barb Stenzel (Norm) of La Crosse and Alex Ricchio Jr. of Oelwein; and her half-brother Tony Fitz of Independence. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren, her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and the many friends.
