William L. Hoover Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. Hoover of Oelwein, Iowa, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on October 25, 2022 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Billie Hoover; his grandparents, William Hoover, Georgie Howe, Elmer and Darlene Rush; and his uncle Bob Rush.
He is survived by: his mother D. K. Hoover of Oelwein; his sisters, Barb Hoover of Oelwein, Beth Whiting (Preston) of Enid and Bylinda Allwood (Les) of Maynard; his half-sisters, Julie Voshell of Cedar Rapids, Janet Compton (Wayne) of Cedar Rapids and Jill Larimore of Cedar Rapids; and his children, Austin, Brandon, Tyler and Morgan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, great nephews, a great niece, and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are suggested at the visitation and service.
