He is survived by: his children, Kalene Summerville (Rick) of Salisbury, MO, Karla Bott (Matt) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Tonya Schwarzkopf of Ankeny, IA and Amanda Lass (Dan) of Ogden, IA; his grandchildren, Jade Byrd (Kylen) of Salisbury, MO, Amber Yowell (Bryson) of Salisbury, MO, Brooke Keen (Lathan) of Salisbury, MO, Cole Bott, Cale Bott of Highlands Ranch, CO, Samantha Lass, Tyler Lass, Macy Lass of Ogden, IA and Dillon Schwarzkopf of Ankeny, IA; his great grandchildren, Austyn Byrd, Jansen Byrd, Layla Keen, Baby Keen and Baby Yowell; his siblings, Nadean Lamle (Gary) of Columbia City, IN and Richard Mantz of Ogden, IA; his niece Danielle Gregory; and his nephew Eric Heineman (Elizabeth).
