It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldora Rose Heineman of Ogden, Iowa, born in Blue Hill, Nebraska, who passed away on December 31, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Stumpenhorst and Rosa Stumpenhorst (Siebrass); and her siblings, Charles Stumpenhorst, Marvin Stumpenhorst and Vera Youngren.

She is survived by : her husband John Heineman Jr. of Ogden, IA; her sons, Dr. Brian Heineman (Nancy) of Grinnell, IA, Craig Heineman (Martha) of Ogden, IA and Paul Heineman (Lynn) of Ogden, IA; and her grandchildren, Dr. Anna Heineman (Gary Heil), Dr. Kate Heineman (Lee Henderson), Dr. John Heineman (Lauren Seemann), Dr. Thomas Heineman (Adelaide Subtil), Brett Heineman (Sarah), Laura Sorensen (Reid), Andrew Heineman (Katy), Marcus Heineman (Leslie) and Grant Heineman (Emily). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to either: Zion Lutheran Church or the Elm Street Preschool.
