He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Jones and Gloria Jones; his son Cory Jones; his niece Shelly Sward; and his nephew E. A. Rector.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Church (Scott) of Ogden and Chris Jones (Lanna) of Ogden; his grandchildren, Preston, Carter, Reagan Church and Dawson Jones; and his sisters, Jana Rector of Cumming, IA and Jodi Sward (Alan) of Ogden, IA.
