He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lewis and Coryl Evelyn Miller (Husband); and his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Miller (Arvella) of Urbandale, Brian Oeffner (Patti) of Johnston, Shannon Bourgeault (Rene) of Pueblo, CO and Renee Wagenaar (Red) of Paullina; and his brother Dennis of Osceola. He is also survived by nephews, wonderful neighbors.
