She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Culbertson; her parents-in-law, Susan and David Tolan; her grandparents, Raymond, Edith-Belle Culbertson, George and Lois Dorr; and her uncles, Kim Dorr and Kevin Dorr.
She is survived by: her children, Austin Tolan (Taylor), Tyler Tolan (Addison Adcock) and Katie Lea Tolan. She is also survived by three sisters.
