John Webster Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2025, at the age of 79, John Webster of Okoboji, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Webster and Mary Alice Webster (Stageman); his siblings, Mark Webster, James "Jim" Webster and Mary Jane Schafer; his brothers-in-law, Mike Schafer and Greg Fitzgerald; his daughter-in-law Deb Webster; and his nephew Michael Stoebe.
He is survived by: his wife Roxana Marcellus; his children, Justin Webster of Plymouth, MN and Kristine Columbus (Erik) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Chloe Columbus, Kelsey Webster and Connor Columbus; his siblings, Sue Eads (Dick) of Marshalltown, Charles Thomas "Tom" Webster of Fort Dodge, Barbara Anne Fitzgerald of Fort Dodge, Dr. Elizabeth Stoebe (Kurt) of Fort Dodge and Robert "Bob" Webster (Marilyn) of McDonough, GA; and his sister-in-law Kittie Webster of Milford.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Laufersweiler Funeral Home (307 S 12th St, Fort Dodge, IA 50501). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
