It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Dircks of Olin, Iowa, who passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Dircks to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Diedrich "Dick" Dircks and Johanna E. Dircks (Tieken); his wife AnnaMay Dirks (Rathbun); his sister Lucille Dircks; his stepson Alfred Lee Dirks; his brothers-in-law, John Kemp, Gene Lloyd and Boston; and his pet Charlie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elissa "Liz" Kemp and David Dircks (Phyllis); and his stepchildren, Janet Lemmer, Marilyn "Kay" Countryman (Dennis), Jerry Willcoxson, Becky Haugsted (Dave), James Dirks (Kathy), Byron "Barney" Dirks (Joan), Frank Dirks (Theresa), Greg Dirks (Jennifer), Patricia Carey (Chris) and Melinda Carter (Kevin). He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that donations be sent to the Wyoming Methodist Community Food Pantry, 107 N. Washington Street, Wyoming, IA, 52362, a reflection of their kind service to Kenny & Anna for so many years.
