He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Bauer and Marilyn Bauer (Frett); his sister Christine "Babe"; and his stepson Jeffrey. He is survived by: his children, Amber Johnson (Montell) of Rock Island, Lindsay Bauer of Davenport and Zachary Bauer of Bettendorf; his granddaughter Hannah (Darion Eldridge); his great grandchild Kalilah; and his siblings, Cindy, Kevin, Angie and Kim. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
