He was predeceased by: his parents, Farnam Kinney and Dorothy Kinney (Wiggs); his mother-in-law Joan Barnes; his brother-in-law Alex Kloster; his niece Jami Tipton; and his nephew Chris Kinney.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Kinney of Onawa, Iowa; his daughters, Michelle Ramos (Jeremy) of Tabor, Rachel Reyes (Aron) of Colorado Springs and Christie Carron of Onawa, Iowa; his grandchildren, Brooklyn Ramos, Landon Ramos and Abigail Ramos; his siblings, Larry Kinney (Julie Currin) of St. Paul, Paul Kinney (Brenda) of Canton, Missouri, Marian Robinson (Bob) of Lyons, Virginia Kloster of Keokuk and Patricia Kermoade (Kelly) of Canton, Missouri; and his father-in-law LeRoy Barnes of Onawa, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Goslar Funeral Home Chapel (1629 10th St, Onawa, IA 51040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Onawa United Pentecostal Church (406 Iowa Ave, Onawa, IA 51040).
