Ila Mae McClure Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2023, at the age of 84, Ila Mae McClure of Onawa, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Eugene and Fern Viola Dean (Harrington); her husband Benjamin Franklin McClure; her brothers, Jim Dean and Donald Dean; her son-in-law David Robbins; and her great grandchild Jayce Wilson.

She is survived by: her children, Lonnie Wilson (Brandi) of Council Bluffs, Claudyne Howard (Bob) of Sioux City, Jamie Robbins of Lenexa, Harvey Wilson (Sabrina) of Paola, Gerri Lyons (Kurt) of Sioux City and Carey McClure (Andrea) of Onawa, Iowa; her grandchildren, John Wilson (Amanda) of Treynor, Joseph Wilson (Beth) of Neola, Christina Caruso (Steve) of Council Bluffs, Jacob Wilson (Stephanie) of Council Bluffs, Adam Howard of Sioux City, Elizabeth Donaghu (Justin) of Sioux City, Joshua Robbins of Lenexa, Corbett Robbins of Lenexa, Devin Wilson of Omaha, Taylor Pettifer (Julian) of Reading, England and Carolyn Bruns (Isaac); and her sister-in-law Fran Dean of Saint Charles, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Ila's family for future designations.
