He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe "Bud" Weaver and Josephine Weaver (Heistand); and his daughter Michelle Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Ferris; his son Clint Weaver (Tana Barnett) of Onawa, Iowa; his brother Dan Weaver (Pati) of Turin, Iowa; and his daughter Karen Urquhart-Myers (Thomas) of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
