He is survived by: his wife Karen Bremmers; his children, Theodore "Teddy" Hayden, Jr., Ron Hayden (Tami), Linda Schager (Dewey) and Kelli Perkins; and his sisters, Dena Derby and Sherri Simpson (Terry).
