He is survived by: his wife Sally Rae Mickelsen of Orange City; his sons, Howard (Pam Willey) and Steven (Kellie Willey); his grandchildren, Ava Willey, Kate (Jackson Degner), Derek Willey and Keith Willey (Emma); his great grandchild Hudson Degner; and his sister Madge Chissoe of Norman, Oklahoma.
