We announce the death of Norma Kenney of Orange City, Iowa, who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 87. Norma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Oort and Effie Van Oort (Swets); her spouse Russell W. Kenney, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Melanie Ann Kenny; and her sister Joan Van Rooyen.
She is survived by: her children, Robin of Orange City, Lisa of Des Moines, John of Sioux City, Steven of Orange City, Paul of Gaza, Iowa and Larry Scott of Gaza; and her sister June Van Oort of Orange City. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
