He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Jacobsma and Christina Jacobsma (Starkenburg); and his siblings, Shirley, Patricia "Pat" McDonald and Terry "Jake" Jacobsma.
He is survived by: his sister Sharlene (Dennis Hoback) of Marcus; his niece Rhonda (Barry Mordick) of Sheldon; his nephew Scott Tesselink of Rock Valley; and his great-nephew Nick Mordick.
Memorials will be given to the Pioneer Memorial Home.
