He is survived by : his friends, Allen and Candi Tanner; his wife LaDonna David of Orient; his daughters, Renee Sammons (Dean) of Orient, IA, Jodee Culver (Dennis) of West Branch, IA and Debra David; his grandchildren, Branden Sammons, Lauree Culver, Brooklyn Sammons, Abigayle Culver, Dominic Culver, Karleigh Culver and Garrison Culver; his pet Carmel David; his siblings, Dean David (Janice) of Lenox, IA, Dallas (Betty) of Orient, IA and Arlene Ray (Jamie) of Oskaloosa, KS; and his sisters-in-law, Diana Fisher of Bedford, IA and Roberta Brink (Bruce) of Panora, IA.
