He was predeceased by : his father Edward Mullen; his brother Timothy Mullen; and his grandparents, Ed, Mary Fink, Bud and Bessie Mullen.
He is survived by : his mother Marcia Mullen (Fink) of Osage; his siblings, Tracey Mullen of Charles City and Wendy Kadner of Floyd; and his son Matthew Mullen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
