Nelson of Osage, Iowa, born in Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Forrest G. Judd and Irene Judd (Schaeffer); her husband Neal H. Nelson; her siblings, Darrell Judd and Donna Luscomb; and her grandson Ben Cockrum.

She is survived by : her children, Irene, Lu Ann Cockrum (Dean), Lynn Nelson (Korrine), La Neal Nelson (Melody Dunn), David Nelson (Catherine) and Spencer.
