It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Joanne Haakenson of Osage, Iowa, born in Farmersburg, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herbert Thoresen and Margarete Thoresen (Barrows). She is survived by : her friends, Pam Franzen (Waller) and Tom Cox; her granddaughter Madison; her son Scott Haakenson (Lara); her grandchildren, Sydney and Avery of Carroll, IA; her daughter Julie Potter (Spencer) of Osage, IA; and her grandchildren, Miranda of Gilbert, AZ and Chase of Osage.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lynn Haakenson Scholarship Fund.
