She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Simmons; her husband Richard; her sons, James Nathan and David; her daughter-in-law Debbie Marquez; and her brother David Simmons.
She is survived by: her mother Bertha Bosold Simmons; her children, Paige Ziemer (John), Nikki Thome and Jason Palmer; her grandchildren, Megan Thome (Bryan King), Clarissa Sullivan (Nick) and Stormy Lou Palmer; her great grandchildren, Felix King and Alexander Sullivan; her brother Dan Simmons; and her sister-in-law Pat Simmons. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
