He is survived by: his wife Shirley Martinson of Osage, Iowa; his children, Kimberly Witham of Mason City and Thomas Witham (Michelle) of Mason City, Iowa; his stepdaughters, Christine Sturino (Dino) of Kenosha, Catherine Woodiwiss (Brad) of Lone Tree and Monica Buckman of Kenosha, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Sara Nayima (Vuong), Alexander Witham (Annie) and Molly Witham (Kyle Lentz); his great grandchildren, Jasper, Violet, Löwen and Stella; his stepgrandchildren, Andrea, Joshua, Dakota, Benjamin, Laura, Carl, Kathleen, Julia, Lindsey, Nicholas, Jeffrey, Alan, Eric and Luke; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Allison, Aiden, Alayna, Asher, Jayla, Kinzie, Milo, Beau, Ava, Evelyn, Maisie, Rylie, Raegan, Danny, Nolan, Ruby, Lane and Henry; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Melin and Wayne Ingebritson (Karen).
