She is survived by : her children, Brian Stephenson (Natalie) of Johnston, IA, Brent Stephenson (Angie) of Holt, MO and Brandi Dittmer (Kyle) of Prole, IA.; her grandchildren, Ryan Stephenson, Reagan Stephenson, Carman Dice (Jacob), Andrew Stephenson, Aleicks Looney (Chris) and Blayke Norton; her great grandchild Jameson Yoakum; her sisters, Barbara Versteegt of Osceola, IA. and Beverly Foote (Dennis) of Osceola, IA.; and her siblings-in-law, Tim Stephenson (Verlene) of Osceola, IA and Debra Renee McChurch of Indianola, IA. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
