He is survived by: his children, Heidi Miller, Eric Helland (Erica), Matt Silampaa (Julie) and Robbie Lambert (Michelle); his grandchildren, Reece, Jilliouna, Jaedyn, Judith and Rosie; his siblings, Kathy Weatherman (Randy), Debby Kennedy (Todd), Steve Helland (Cathy) and Rob Rhinehart; his nieces and nephews, Dillon, Chelsea, Holly, Cole, Ben, Morgan, Jake and Sam; and his great-nieces, Nevi and Nora.
A memorial gathering was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Kale Funeral Home (301 S Main St, Osceola, IA 50213). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kale Funeral Home - Osceola (301 S Main St, Osceola, IA 50213).
