He is survived by: his wife Sandy Ellis of Urbandale, IA; his children, Davi Ellis of Urbandale, IA, Carl Ellis (Angie) of Pleasantville, IA and Lance Ellis (Cyndi) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Amber, Autumn Ellis and Kenser Ellis; and his sister Joanne Simmerman of Moberly, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
