He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wilkins and Joy Wilkins (Green); his sister Pat Randol; his brother-in-law Chuck Hodges; his niece Sarah Hodges; and his great grandchild Ryleigh Emery.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Wilkins of Osceola; his children, Tiffany Karsjens (Scott) of Weldon, Iowa, Jerame Wilkins of Des Moines, Jessica Lamb (Jay) of St. Charles, Iowa and Skyler Wilkins (Tabitha) of Des Moines; his siblings, Gene Wilkins (Cheryl) of Osceola and Pam Hodges of Indianola; his grandchildren, Lois and Josh Parker; and his children, Steve, Sarah Epperson, Justic King, Melissa Korte-Thompson of Ankeny, Iowa and Kylene Ackelson. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
