As Mark departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mark may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mark leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Judy Mason (Low) and Larry Mason; his daughter Autumn Mason of Osceola, IA; his grandchildren, Lani Erdman (Abbie Allen) of Des Moines, IA, Jaeden Morrison of Winterset, IA and Lydia Mason of Osceola; and his brothers, Monte Mason (Sheena) of Osceola, IA and Mel Mason of Johnston, IA. He was also cherished by other relatives and many many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kale Funeral Home (301 S Main St, Osceola, IA 50213). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (1122 S Ridge Rd, Osceola, IA 50213).
Memorial contributions may be directed to his family for a fitting tribute to be decided later.
