He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ralph Irwin Bowen and Hazel Waddington Bowen; his wife Karen Lee Marvin of Osceola, IA; his brothers, Gifford Bowen and Irwin Bowen; his parents-in-law, Mary Lou and Charles Marvin (Chick); his children, Steve Bowen (Karen) of Van Wert, IA, Lynnsey Bowen-Mott (Ryan) of Carlisle, IA and Amy Bowen-Held of Osceola, IA; his grandchildren, Braydon, Reece Held, Rylee, Evan, Haley Mott, Josh San Miguel (Rebecca), Kayleigh Wilson and Bonnie Baker; his sister-in-law Shirlee Bowen of Joliet, IL; his nephew Marcus Bowen; his brother-in-law Bill Marvin of Osceola; his sister Catherine; and his brother-in-law Dan VanZee of Alaska. He was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.
