He is survived by: his daughter Sydney Morgan Phillips of Osceola; his wife Megan Phillips; his siblings, Eric Oldsen of Kansas City, Jeffrey Thomas of Australia and Kayla Thomas of Des Moines; and his parents, Joan Oldsen of Indianola and Mark Phillips of Des Moines.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kale Funeral Home - Osceola (301 S Main St, Osceola, IA 50213). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
