He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edwin and Rachel Jane Van Dyke (Magill); his son Mitchell Van Dyke; his wife Carmalita Van Dyke (Morris); his siblings, Glen VanDyke (Wynette) and Helen Camden (Bernard); and his parents-in-law, Frank and Mabel Morris.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Van Dyke of Corydon, IA and Michael Van Dyke (Becky) of Osceola, IA; and his granddaughters, Emily Van Dyke (Jose Cortez) of Ankeny, IA and Michelle Hubbard (Van Dyke) of Osceola, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a fitting tribute to be decided at a later date.
