He is survived by: his children, Charles Eddie Evans Jr., Jamie and Jessica Evans; his brothers, Harold Evans of Oskaloosa, Jim Evans (Carol) of Oskaloosa, Melvin Evans (Mary) of Davo and Bryan Evans (Nancy) of Oskaloosa; and his sister-in-law Mona Evans of Missouri.
