He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Voss and Gladys Voss (Waddell); his daughter Christine Watts (Todd Talbert) of Oskaloosa; his granddaughters, Katelynn and Khloee Watts; his brother Darrell Voss of Rose Hill; and his niece Sarah Hol (Jason).
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Omega Church (203 Hope St, Oskaloosa, IA 52577).
