She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester and Helen Bernice Hite (Piersel); her in-laws, Elmer and Nellie Klein; and her brothers, Merlin Hite, Alvin (Sandy Klein), Jack Tyrrel and Robert Ranfeld.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Wayne Klein of Oskaloosa; her children, Katherine Lynn, Philip Matthew, Kathie Dykstra (Patrick Schuette) of Oskaloosa and Matthew Klein (Megan) of Burnsville, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Sam Dykstra (Grace Goodridge), Liam Dykstra, Jude Klein and Levi Klein; her siblings, Janet Ranfeld of Deep River and Curt Hite (Pat) of Pella; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Hite of New Sharon and Luane Tyrrel of Altoona.
