He was predeceased by: his father Karl Artie "Christina" VerPloegh Mich; and his daughter Angela Mich. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mich of Oskaloosa; his daughters, Jennifer (Brian Leitsch) and Jacqueline (Nathan Puglisi); and his sister Lorraine (Ray Becze) of Oskaloosa.
