He is survived by: his mother Carol Scholtus of Oskaloosa; his daughter Felicia Lucas (Joe) of Story City; his grandchildren, Maddi, Jerry and Riley; his children, Anna McCleskey (Mark) of Memphis and Samuel Scholtus of Iowa City, Iowa; his siblings, Glenn Scholtus (Deseiri) of Oskaloosa, Renee Ault of Oskaloosa, Robin Hook (Randy) of Oskaloosa and Dean Scholtus (Gina) of Fremont; and his son Adam Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
