He is survived by: his children, Barb Fairchild (Doug), Randy Henning (Denise), Dan Henning (Sharon), Jim Henning (Diane), Diane Martin (Robert), Karen Bucheit (Dale), Karla Buchheit (Ken), David Henning (Sandra) and Stacy (late Steven Henning). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 4 step-great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-great grandchildren.
