James Walters Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Walters of Oto, Iowa, who passed away on August 20, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Walters and Elsie Walters (Staben). He is survived by: his children, Scott Walters, Timothy Walters (Lynn), Ryan Walters (Jennifer) and Adam Walters; and his sister Elaine Anderson (Ronnie). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
