He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Ward and Bessie Sawyer (Allen); his sister Joy Stokes (Mary Dean Sawyer); and his granddaughter Maggie Estes. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Estes (Mark), Laurie Stuart (Gary), Meg Green (Grant) and Mandy Broadstreet (Frank); and his grandchildren, Sam Estes, Alexa Beam, Anna Liberatore, Emily Estes, Lydnsey Pierce, Tyler Smith, Dylan Smith, Tanner Smith, Haley Pekel, Erin Green, Clare Green, Jack Green, Hannah Patrick, Natalie Broadstreet and Adam Broadstreet. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
