We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 82, Carol Steenberg of Ottumwa, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor McComas and Ethel McComas (Hillman); her husband Terry Steenberg; and her brother Charles McComas. She is survived by : her children, Scot Meuler (Jayne), Blake Meuler (Debbe) of Wylie, Deron Steenberg (Rhonda) of Castle Rock, Colorado and Dayna Acosta (Dave) of Greeley, Colorado; and her friend Terry Fletcher. She is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Burlington Public Library and Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice in memory of Carol.
