Wayne, IN and Rose Herrmann of Indianapolis; his father David Herrmann Sr. of Walcott; his sister Lisa Smith (Barry) of Blue Grass; his half-siblings, Richard O'Leary of Davenport and Roberta Galvan of Davenport; and his close friends, Amber Haines and James Curtis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
