We announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Marie Fellows of Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 83. Elizabeth Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parent Bessie Dugena; her brother Tommy; and her son-in-law Cheesy. She is survived by: her husband Edward William Fellows; her daughters, Debra Fellows Randolph, Patty Stewart and Sue Noe (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jeremy Merchant, Alicia Merchant, Honey Randolph, Jesse Walker (Lauren), Colt Walker (Alissa), Keagan Stewart (Kaylee), Elizabeth "Evee" Carlberg (Wyatt), Nathan Noe (Raven), Nick Noe and Nastassia Noe; and her siblings, Fred Dugena, Marianne Ronquillo and JoAnne Isoldi. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
A memorial has been established to the Heartland Humane Society.
