She is survived by: her children, Daniel Hinkel of Ottumwa, Iowa, Jenifer Allison (Brian) of Ottumwa, Iowa, Victoria Jay of Ottumwa, Iowa and Brandi Chapin (Brian) of Ottumwa, Iowa; her siblings, Glen Richard Payne (Jean) of Burlington, Iowa, Gerald "Butch" Payne of Burlington, Iowa, Kathy Luhn (David) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Donna Pacha (Dennis) of Washington, Iowa and Janet Welder (David) of Unionville, Missouri; and her niece Janey Payne. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
