He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle William and Agnes Eleanor Douglas; and his brothers, Bruce and Michael Brian. He is survived by: his siblings, Paula Jean, Geoffrey Lynn, Mark Stephen and Marie Bernadette.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sinnott Funeral Home (201 McKinley Ave, Ottumwa, IA 52501).
