He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Mae Skinner (Mote) and Ralph Skinner; and his sisters, Karen Basket, Linda Williams and Paulette Mitts.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his daughters, Marcia Mathias (Phillip) and Paula LaPoint (Robert); his grandchildren, Jaydon Mathias (Sarah), Sarah LaPoint, Jessica Pitt (Jake) and Chelsea Gee (Kurt); his great grandchildren, Montanna, Morgan, Levi, Haylee, Rhett, Tripp and Isley; and his siblings, Harold Skinner (Judy), Ralph Warren Skinner (Jose) and Dianne Rogers (Rick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
