Ruth Husted Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Husted (Ottumwa, Iowa), who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ruth is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ruth's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Spitler and Hallie Husted. She is survived by: her daughters, Tecia Tholstrup (Jordan) and Clorisa Husted (Regan Padget); and her grandsons, Ian Padget, Driven Padget, Corwin Kershner and Rhys Tholstrup.
