Danette Pestka Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danette Pestka of Oxford Junction, Iowa, who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Danette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Danette farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father Melvin Latare. She is survived by: her mother Sharon Latare (Jeffery); her husband Clay Pestka; her children, Logan Pestka (Charli), Kelsey Roller (Charlie) and Brady Pestka; and her siblings, Rhonda Ingwersen (Mark), Brad Latare (LeeAnn) and Lyndon Latare. She is also survived by grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oxford Junction Legionnaire (64 Oxford Junction Rd, Clarence, IA 52216).
