He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Vacek; his son Gregory Vacek (Marcia); his grandson Eli Vacek of Manchester; his daughter Lori Vacek of Cedar Rapids; his extended family, Brent Leeper (Joy) of Oxford Junction, Kris Leeper (Glenda) of Oxford Junction, Al Leeper of Whittier and Kimberly Parmer of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Bryce, Ross, Alex, Jessica, Carrie, Matt and Kelcee.
