He is survived by: his wife Debi Augustine; his son Shaun Augustine; his grandchildren, Andrew William and Emily Jane Augustine; and his siblings, Pat Baltz (Rob), Nina Neidlinger (Paul), Tina Price (Mark), Velma Green (Albert), Tony Adams (Denise) and Bill Albertson (Robbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
